Description

Senior QA Engineer focused on delivering quality on fintech projects and raising QA standards across the organization. You will drive Shift-Left quality by influencing refinement, designing and automating test scenarios, investigating defects with developers, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. You’ll also serve as an internal QA Quality Engineer (QA Garant), mentoring other teams and advancing Modern QA with responsible AI use for test data, faster script creation, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manually and automatically test fintech applications for well-known clients
• Design test scenarios, work with automation frameworks, and manage test suites
• Analyze and investigate application errors in close daily collaboration with developers
• Integrate tests into continuous integration (GitLab, Docker)
• Communicate with the customer and report on the project’s quality status
• Support other projects occasionally as an internal QA advisor (feedback and test-process setup)
• Bring Modern QA and AI innovations into testing (e.g., AI for test data generation, script acceleration, failure analysis)
• Share best practices and good ideas across the organization

Requirements

• Strong seniority in QA with years of experience in test analysis and automation
• Experience designing test scenarios and maintaining automation test suites
• Ability to analyze and investigate defects while working closely with developers
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Interest in Modern QA innovations and AI-enabled testing efficiency
• Analytical and critical thinking; ability to challenge non-functional processes and propose solutions
• Willingness to advise and move other teams forward
• English proficiency for documentation, emails, and daily client communication
• Comfort communicating with developers and customers
