Description

You will ensure product and software quality prior to release by building and improving testing processes and producing complex test plans, documentation, and test cases. You will investigate defects in depth, identify risks, validate fixes, and contribute to bug triage and Go/No-Go decision-making while mentoring team members across hardware, backend, and app interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to test execution for high-complexity tasks as part of a global team

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and QA documentation

• Report bugs, perform deep defect investigation, highlight risks, and validate fixes

• Review test documentation from team members and provide guidance/mentoring

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve QA processes across projects

• Participate in bug triage, task allocation, project planning, and Go/No-Go meetings

• Communicate testing status, risks, and results to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of manual testing experience

• Hands-on embedded systems testing experience

• Strong QA/QC, SDLC, and testing methodology knowledge

• Strong manual software testing and test results analysis skills

• Experience analyzing requirements and creating test documentation

• Experience in UNIX/Linux environments; understanding of embedded systems

• Understanding of network principles

• Ability to root-cause failures across software, firmware, and hardware

• Good written and spoken English

• Ability to work from the office in Wrocław

Nice to Have

• Basic Python and Bash knowledge

• Experience with Wi-Fi / 802.11 protocols

• Experience planning QA activities and creating technical reports

• Knowledge of QA and domain standards
