Description

You will help build quality from the start by challenging requirements during refinement (shift-left) and ensuring fintech application quality through manual and automated testing. On your main project, you will design test scenarios, maintain automated test suites, investigate defects with developers, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. You will also serve as an internal QA guarantor/consultant to advise other teams and introduce Modern QA improvements, including practical AI usage for test data, faster test creation, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in refinement and improve testability before development starts

• Deliver quality on the primary fintech project

• Perform manual and automated testing

• Design test scenarios, work with automation frameworks, and manage test suites

• Analyze and investigate defects with developers in daily collaboration

• Integrate tests into continuous integration using GitLab and Docker

• Communicate and report quality status to the customer

• Act as an internal QA consultant/guarantor

• Provide guidance and feedback on other projects as needed, including test procedure setup

• Bring Modern QA and AI-driven improvements (AI for test data, faster test script creation, and failure analysis)

• Share best practices and ideas across teams

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in QA, including test analysis and automation

• Ability to design test scenarios and build/manage automated test suites

• Experience analyzing and investigating defects with developers

• Strong understanding of CI/CD test integration in Git-based pipelines

• Interest in Modern QA and using AI to improve testing efficiency

• Analytical and critical thinking

• Willingness to mentor and advise other teams

• English proficiency for documentation, emails, and daily client communication

• Strong communication skills and collaboration with developers and customers
