Description

You will lead logistics projects end-to-end and be fully responsible for planning, timelines, budget, documentation, reporting, and coordination of the project team.

Responsibilities

• Create a project plan and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget
• Monitor progress of partial tasks and propose changes in line with project development
• Communicate actively with internal colleagues and external partners involved in the project
• Coordinate and lead project team meetings and ensure their effectiveness
• Maintain project documentation
• Set up metrics to evaluate project success
• Provide ongoing project result reports

Requirements

• High independence in project leadership
• Strong organizational skills
• Communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities
• Ability to focus on the core of problems and propose practical solution ideas
• Attention to details while not losing sight of the big picture
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in a similar position
• Ability to communicate comfortably in English (minimum B2) for leading foreign projects
• Completed at least secondary school (SŠ) education
