Description

Work on advanced business logic on the frontend side: large data volumes, complex transformations, algorithmic operations, and performance optimization—this is not a CRUD application. Build and maintain React components using Atomic Design, manage state with Redux, and integrate with REST APIs and external desktop tools. You’ll own the software engineering end-to-end, with development starting after business logic is recognized and mapped.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex client-side business logic, including asynchronous operations and algorithmic performance on large datasets
• Develop and maintain React components following Atomic Design
• Manage application state with Redux and React-Redux hooks
• Integrate with REST APIs and external desktop tools
• Apply engineering best practices (SOLID, code reviews, Git) and ensure mandatory unit/integration test coverage
• Own full epics and connect delivered features to business goals

Requirements

• React (advanced) with hooks and Context API
• TypeScript (advanced), including typing of components, typed hooks, and generic types
• Deep Redux architecture knowledge and react-redux integration via hooks (useSelector, useDispatch)
• State immutability and selector-based optimization
• Ability to implement complex business logic on the client side, including REST API integration and data-flow architecture
• Atomic Design and MVC approach for scalable, modular components and separation of logic from the view layer
• Engineering best practices: SOLID, unit/integration tests (mandatory code coverage), code reviews, Git
• Ability to own full epics and understand business goals behind features
• English B2+
• Ability to work in Poland (citizenship, residence permit, visa, etc.)
