Description

You will be responsible for the full software development cycle for selected areas of a frontend application—from requirement analysis through delivery, as well as production maintenance and monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Design to refine business requirements and make technical decisions with clear trade-offs. The role also includes implementing key features, co-developing the design system, optimizing performance, and participating in code reviews and technical/process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, delivery, maintenance, and production monitoring)

• Own end-to-end responsibility for selected application areas

• Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify business requirements and find best solutions

• Co-create frontend architecture and make technology decisions considering trade-offs

• Implement key features, develop the design system, and optimize application performance

• Take part in code reviews and share knowledge within the frontend team

• Initiate and implement technology/process improvements (CI/CD, automation, developer tooling)

• Co-create technical standards and guide the frontend direction of the product

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience, including at least 3 years with React and TypeScript

• Expert knowledge of React ecosystem tools and libraries; experience building scalable applications

• Experience with frontend architecture design and building/evolving design systems

• Experience with multi-module frontend apps or monorepo architecture

• Strong knowledge of design patterns and API design principles

• Experience using AI tools during development (e.g., Claude Code); ability to critically assess generated code and share best practices

• Proficiency with developer tools (Git, CI/CD, bundlers) and knowledge of how to optimize them

• Ability to make technical decisions with incomplete data

• Commitment to high-quality software and ownership of delivered solutions

• Willingness to share knowledge and treat feedback as an opportunity to grow

• Continuous learning and skill improvement mindset

• English at a level enabling comfortable work with documentation

• Salary: 16,500–21,500 PLN employment contract or 20,000–26,000 PLN B2B, plus quarterly bonuses
