Quick Facts

• Role: Full-Stack Developer (frontend-heavy)

• Focus: TypeScript, React, Next.js with fullstack integration to Java/Spring Boot services

• Work model: Hybrid (6 days/month in office), Kraków

Description

You will design, develop, and maintain responsive user-facing applications and digital products, with an emphasis on frontend development in TypeScript, React, and Next.js. You will also implement end-to-end product functionality by integrating UI interactions and state management with backend services via REST API contracts. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to refine user journeys, data contracts, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive interfaces using TypeScript, React, and Next.js

• Build product features end-to-end, from user interactions and state management to backend integration

• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and data teams to improve user journeys and acceptance criteria

• Integrate with Java 21 / Spring Boot services and work with REST API contracts and data model changes

• Create clean, well-structured frontend code with separation of concerns and solid state management

• Diagnose and resolve issues across UI, API integrations, and production environments

• Participate in testing across frontend and backend (unit, integration, regression)

• Ensure quality, security, and readiness for deployment via code reviews, monitoring, logging, and performance analysis

Requirements

• 5–8 years of software development experience

• Very strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js knowledge for end-user web applications

• Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture (component design, state management, routing, API integration, accessibility)

• Experience implementing end-to-end functionality including backend integration

• Java and Spring Boot knowledge to work on the backend; comfort with REST API and integration contracts

• Clean, maintainable, secure coding practices; ability to perform code reviews and troubleshoot UI and API issues

• Good collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical solutions and trade-offs to non-technical people
