A traveler searches for flights to Lisbon and leaves. Six hours later, not one, six, because we tested it, an email lands with exactly the dates they were looking at. They book. Nobody at the client touched anything. Somebody built that. We're hiring that somebody.

Companies come to Meiro because their customer data is a mess. Consultants design the strategy, but strategy doesn't send emails. Someone has to open the platform, build the journey, set the suppression logic, break it, fix it, and make it run reliably across real accounts, DerTour's abandoned checkouts, Megapixel's basket recovery, Komerční banka's high-value segments. That someone thinks in triggers, gets genuinely annoyed by a broken entry condition, and checks results instead of assuming.

What you'll actually do

• Build end to end inside the platform: journeys, segments, personalized email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, web.

• Turn behavioral data (clicked, ordered, churned, ghosted) into segments that mean something.

• A/B test and read the results honestly, what improves performance, not what looks good in a deck.

• Catch problems before the client does. Ideally before Bob does. Who's Bob? Our internal AI agent. He handles the repetitive stuff, QA checks, docs, prep, so you don't spend your day copy-pasting. AI lives in our DNA, dev, product, customer care. You'll work with Claude daily for drafting, research, and thinking through campaign logic. If AI in your workflow excites you rather than threatens you, you'll fit right in. If you've never tried, you'll learn fast, it's half the fun of working here.

You are the right fit if

• You've been hands-on in a CDP or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Bloomreach, Emarsys, SmartEmailing, Mailchimp, the logo matters less than the muscle memory).

• You ask "what triggers this?" before "what does it say?"

• Professional English. Czech helps with Central European clients, not required.

• You like things moving fast and don't need a manual to open a tool.

By level

• Junior: hands-on with any CRM/CDP/personalization tool; curiosity beats year count. Basic HTML a plus.

• Mid: builds without hand-holding, solid HTML for templates, starting to spot what clients underuse.

• Senior: owns complex multi-tool flows, pre-sales comfortable, reads an account for growth, mentors the rest.
