Description

Lead consulting for use cases that convert customer data and marketing automation into measurable business outcomes—more sales, better retention, and reduced wasted budget. You will design what runs in the platform, build and validate journeys and personalized campaigns across channels, and coach a consulting team to operate as strategic advisors. You also own key-account renewals and NRR, and qualify expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Turn client goals into CDP/marketing automation execution (audiences, journeys, personalization, testing, measurement)
• Build and review results for key accounts; steer AI that assists in creating use cases
• Own recurring revenue and services revenue; drive renewals, retention, and NRR
• Spot and qualify larger opportunities for new markets, business units, or products
• Lead QBRs and executive conversations; ensure no surprises at renewal by monitoring health early
• Lead and elevate the consulting team (Engagement Managers and Technical Consultants) and set standard playbooks

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise applying customer data + automation to revenue outcomes (segmentation, journeys, personalization, testing, measurement)
• Proven practical experience in a CDP or marketing automation platform and building within it
• Track record owning renewals/expansion and handling revenue discussions
• Prior experience leading a client-facing team and enabling team growth
• Experience with enterprise clients, senior executive stakeholders, and regulated industries
• Cross-market/cross-cultural collaboration; professional English (Czech is a strong advantage)
