Description

Assist the technical support team with practical operational tasks, including creating, printing, packaging, and shipping inspection/verification labels. Manage tools and measuring instruments, oversee calibration checks, and coordinate certificate issuance for devices and technicians. Prepare equipment for new employees and support with mail, shipments, and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Create inspection labels (print, package, and ship)

• Manage tools and measuring devices

• Coordinate with suppliers for measuring devices

• Monitor and verify calibration status

• Issue certificates for devices and technicians

• Prepare and provide tools and measuring devices for new employees

• Handle post, shipments, and deliveries for the office and support

Requirements

• Strong fit for the listed technical support tasks; hands-on ability or technical understanding is a plus

• Very good PC skills (MS Office 365)

• Collegial, team-friendly working style

• High responsibility and conscientiousness

• Excellent self-organization

• Good German language skills (written and spoken)
