Description

You are responsible for IT project planning, coordination, and monitoring within application development, including project communication. You will develop, test, and implement software changes and enhancements, documenting them clearly. You also help ensure smooth operation of ERP systems, perform updates and maintenance, handle troubleshooting (including on-call coordination), and conduct test and release procedures with user/maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor application development projects and handle project communication
• Develop, adapt, test, and implement software solutions; document changes
• Build and extend software functions; adapt existing solutions to business processes and requirements
• Ensure reliable operation of deployed ERP systems; program functions and extensions; adapt software to business processes
• Manage system updates, maintenance, and bug fixing; coordinate with the manufacturer, including during on-call duty
• Run test and approval/release procedures; document results and produce manuals and operating instructions

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker (Application Development) or a degree in Business Informatics (or comparable)
• Prior work experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of JavaScript, AL, Python, PowerShell (etc.)
• High communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
