Description

You will have end-to-end ownership of data analytics projects for commercial energy service operations, including tracking successful delivery of contractual obligations, automating fleet compliance analysis, and improving the existing code base for scalable, reliable decision-making.

Your work includes building reports and visualizations, developing performance models versus contractual milestones and product lifecycles, and partnering with subject matter experts to define KPIs for system performance and service outcomes.

You will also run ad-hoc quantitative analyses, validate results for accuracy, and present findings to the team and broader Energy Service organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and visualizations for business intelligence, reporting, data warehousing, and integration with enterprise applications
• Develop models to track Energy Product performance relative to contractual obligations, project milestones, and product lifecycles
• Work with subject matter experts to define and develop KPIs measuring system performance and service outcomes
• Develop and own user-centric analytical dashboards and seek continuous feedback for improvement
• Conduct ad-hoc quantitative analyses: formulate/refine hypotheses with stakeholders, collect/manipulate data, and deliver actionable conclusions
• Test and validate results for accuracy and present results to the team and broader organization

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data-intensive roles
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Jira ticketing systems, and Git version control
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguous environments
• Collaborative, ownership-focused approach to cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and synthesize implications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Expected Compensation

$69,600 - $168,000 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits (pay varies by market location and individual factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience).
