Description

Lead and manage a team of software engineers building NVIDIA's Spectrum-X end-to-end Ethernet networking products. Debug and diagnose complex networking issues, and develop tools/processes to improve troubleshooting. Partner with customers and collaborate with worldwide teams to align on networking requirements and solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of US-based software engineers developing NVIDIA networking products
• Debug and diagnose complex networking problems; create tools and processes to do it better
• Engage directly with NVIDIA customers to align on networking requirements and resolve issues
• Work with a worldwide organization of engineers, architects, product managers, and field personnel

Requirements

• B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years developing embedded networking software (switches, routers, NICs)
• 3+ years experience as a personnel manager leading software teams
• Strong programming skills in C and Python on Linux
• Experience in AI-native software development
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail for networking issue identification and resolution
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven autonomous and successful delivery under challenging conditions

Benefits

• Base salary determined by location and experience (Level 3: $224,000–$356,500; Level 4: $272,000–$431,250)
