Description

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Step-by-Step Guides, defining guided workflows that help businesses lead agents and end-customers through steps that resolve each interaction. Drive measurable usage growth and adoption across agent-assisted and self-service use cases, and evolve the product from deterministic workflows to dynamically assembled AI-powered experiences. Build with engineering, design, and science and align with go-to-market to improve customer outcomes and sales pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for Step-by-Step Guides; drive measurable usage growth and adoption
• Own guided workflows: creation, template management, and AI-assisted assembly
• Define measurement for guided experiences; identify drivers of agent performance and self-service resolution; close the loop for continuous improvement
• Lead evolution from deterministic to dynamically assembled experiences, partnering with Interactive AI teams
• Enable builders to create and customize guided experiences using Views
• Partner with go-to-market for positioning and feature adoption across customer organizations
• Work backward from customers to prioritize problems and deliver with engineering, design, and science

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in cloud computing technology space
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
• Experience taking a product from conception/definition through engineering design and to market
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS/PaaS/LaaS products end-to-end from concept through GTM
