Description

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Step-by-Step Guides, shaping how businesses guide agents and end-customers through each interaction.

The role focuses on guided workflow creation and template management, AI-assisted assembly, and evolving deterministic flows into dynamically assembled AI-powered experiences.

You will also help builders create and customize guided experiences using Views, while partnering with go-to-market teams to drive positioning and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for Step-by-Step Guides, driving measurable usage growth and adoption across agent-assisted and self-service use cases
• Own guided workflows at the core of Guides, from creation and template management to AI-assisted assembly
• Define how businesses measure guided experiences, identify what drives agent performance and self-service resolution, and close the loop so each interaction improves the next
• Lead the evolution of Guides from deterministic workflows into dynamically assembled experiences, partnering with Interactive AI teams
• Make it easier for builders to create and customize guided experiences using Views
• Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, sales pipeline development, and feature adoption
• Work backwards from customers to identify and prioritize problems, partnering with engineering, design, and science to deliver

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in cloud computing technology
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
• 5+ years of creating written documentation for development of new products
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
• Experience taking a product from conception/definition through engineering design and go-to-market
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products end-to-end, from concept through GTM
