Description

Act as the crucial bridge between customers and a rapidly evolving AI-powered product. Conduct deep discovery, manage pilots to closure, train and onboard customers with hands-on guidance, and relay clear business and technical details back to Engineering, Product, and Design. Customer frontline needs help shape the technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Meet consistently with customers to uncover additional workflows that can be automated within the platform
• Perform deep discovery to validate customer problems and design solutions using AI products
• Manage pilot programs with strong project management to drive deals to closure
• Train and onboard customers to navigate cutting-edge tools
• Relay clear business problems and comprehensive technical details to EPD teams when customers face blockers

Requirements

• Clear communication to translate complex product features for customers and relay actionable requirements back to PM and EPD
• Proactive drive to independently uncover new use cases
• Deep discovery capability to understand core pain points and marketer workflow mechanics
• Strong project management approach to run pilots and execute on strategic objectives
• Ability to rapidly learn evolving products to teach and empower others
