Description

Lead solution architecture for banking systems across payments, cards, investments, and other products—covering integrations, APIs, and data flows, and ensuring stability, security, performance, and scalability.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and guide discussions with developers and business stakeholders. Participate in presales workshops to align on feasible solution options.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for diverse banking solutions and systems
• Convert business requirements into technical proposals
• Propose integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Address impacts of changes on existing architectures
• Collaborate with Java developers, analysts, testers, the project team, and the client
• Join presales: lead technical discussions and workshops
• Help the team choose between different solution variants
• Ensure proposals are realistic in terms of operations, security, performance, and scaling
• Work with Java, Kafka, APIs, microservices, cloud services, and integration platforms
• Find practical use cases where AI can support architecture, analysis, documentation, or delivery

Requirements

• Experience in a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Developer role
• Experience from the banking environment
• Technical background in Java
• Experience designing integration solutions
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies
• Ability to design solutions for large distributed systems
• Ability to explain technical decisions to business and development teams
• Czech or Slovak proficiency at work level
• English at least for technical documentation and communication
