Description

ESET is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its Identity Security portfolio. You will drive innovation in identity protection areas such as Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), and risk-adaptive authentication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity security capabilities
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity security modules (ITDR, ISPM, risk-adaptive authentication, identity risk analytics)
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to define, design, and deliver new product capabilities
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs via research and industry monitoring
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and positioning
• Act as an identity security matter expert and present product strategy and progress to internal leadership and external audiences

Requirements

• Senior experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software company with a focus on IT security products
• 2+ years of experience with identity security solutions or technologies
• Experience delivering identity or identity security solutions (IAM, authentication, identity protection)
• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
