Description

• In close collaboration with the executive board, sales, and IT, shape a product vision and strategy to drive the positioning and sustainable growth of the EMSY software family.

• Act as the central interface between software development and internal business areas to ensure efficient communication and smooth cooperation.

• Advance the product vision by creating solutions that deliver real value to customers.

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs to develop innovative and value-adding software solutions.

• Analyze the market and competitive landscape together with marketing and engineering to identify opportunities and position the product optimally.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally in software, connectivity, IoT, or a comparable industrial environment

• Ability to translate long-term vision and strategy into concrete milestones while keeping the big picture in view

• Strong communication skills to connect sales, engineering, and service effectively, with experience working in international cross-functional teams

• Passion and drive to turn innovative customer visions into successful solutions that ensure best value creation

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems

• Basic programming knowledge (ideally C#)

• Good German and English skills
