Description

You will manage and develop Linux server infrastructure, working beyond maintenance to support key Linux system services and improve reliability. The role includes working with Linux virtualization platforms such as KVM and Red Hat OpenShift, and gradually automating routine operational tasks using scripts. You’ll collaborate with specialists in networking and security while building long-term expertise.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Linux server infrastructure
• Work with Linux virtualization and platforms (KVM, Red Hat OpenShift)
• Operate and support key Linux system services
• Gradually automate routine activities (scripts, process and operational improvements)

Requirements

• Good knowledge of server Linux distributions (Red Hat, Debian, or SUSE)
• Good orientation in operating systems and computer networks
• Basic to intermediate orientation in Linux virtualization (KVM, OpenShift)
• Ability to independently solve common Linux operational problems
• Reliable, careful, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn new things and expand knowledge of IT infrastructure
