Description

You’ll join the technical team to deliver live-event technology—networking and AV systems that produce results immediately after setup. Your work spans recordings, streaming, video conferencing, and AV signal distribution, along with the networks connecting it all, plus on-site troubleshooting with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure network components for projects (e.g., Mikrotik, Cisco, Netgear, Luminex)

• Record and distribute AV signals using IT technologies (Dante, NDI)

• Manage and operate video conferencing, streaming, and AI interpretation setups

• Configure rental PCs (Windows, macOS)

• Provide on-site technical support during events

• Collaborate with product and project managers and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

• Technical secondary education in a related field (IT or electrical engineering preferred)

• Practical experience in IT or AV (internship/part-time/school practice acceptable)

• Ability to set up LAN networks and basic IT understanding

• Willingness to work on-site in stressful live-event conditions

• Valid B driver’s license
