Description

Develop AI-powered automation, integrations, and internal tools for a fast-growing e-commerce environment, with a focus on Shopify platform development, ERP integrations, and e-commerce architecture.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate processes across the company
• Design and build AI-driven automated workflows using automation tools
• Develop internal AI tools, assistants, and agents
• Automate manual and repetitive tasks
• Work with LLMs and integrate them into real business processes
• Test new AI technologies and validate practical use cases
• Connect internal systems using APIs and webhooks
• Build automations in tools like n8n, Make (or similar)
• Develop custom integrations and simple internal applications
• Connect AI with company data, documents, and systems
• Monitor automations and troubleshoot errors
• Support development and administration of internal applications and SaaS tools
• Automate IT processes, user accounts, and access management
• Implement and integrate new tools
• Create technical documentation
• Collaborate with external technology partners
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer care, finance, and e-commerce teams
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Rapidly prototype and validate new use cases
• Collaborate with the IT & Data team on AI and automation development

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in development, automation, or system integrations
• Programming skills in Python or Node.js
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier (or similar)
• Understanding of current LLM and generative AI capabilities
• Experience using AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
• Ability to work with Git/GitHub and code versioning
• Capability to independently analyze problems and propose simple, efficient solutions
• Ability to communicate with non-technical colleagues and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Motivation to eliminate manual and repetitive work through technology
