Description

Design and develop intelligent automation workflows using n8n, integrating enterprise systems and building LLM-powered solutions to streamline business processes. You will translate business needs into automations, implement secure integrations with REST APIs, and support production reliability through monitoring, cost control, and documentation. Deploy AI from prototype to production while ensuring human oversight and GDPR-compliant handling of sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into automation solutions, including estimating implementation effort
  • Design, build, and maintain workflows in a self-hosted n8n environment (triggers, webhooks, schedules, error handling, retries)
  • Create and develop REST API integrations with G2A systems and tools (Jira, Confluence, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Google Cloud/BigQuery)
  • Implement LLM-powered capabilities (ticket classification/routing, summary generation, document data extraction, and AI agents with tool calling via MCP)
  • Write custom code when needed (JavaScript or Python scripts, simple microservices, custom n8n nodes)
  • Ensure automation security (credential/permission management and protection of personal data in prompts and logs)
  • Monitor workflow performance and reliability (alerts, execution metrics) and control AI query costs
  • Produce technical documentation, create workflow standards/templates, and train/support other teams

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in process automation, system integration, or backend development
  • Experience with production n8n workflows (or Make/Zapier) and eagerness to deepen n8n skills
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; strong comfort with JSON
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integrations: webhooks, OAuth 2.0, API tokens, pagination, and rate limits
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude or OpenAI), including prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling
  • Ability to build reliable solutions with error handling, idempotency, logging, and workflow testing before deployment
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic Linux
  • Understanding of GDPR and secure processing of sensitive data in AI solutions
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to evaluate automation impact (time savings, error reduction)
  • Self-reliant, accountable, and able to take ownership end-to-end (analysis to maintenance)
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Critical approach to AI: understand limitations of language models and when human oversight is needed
  • Eagerness to document, share knowledge, and ensure automations are maintainable by the team

  • Hybrid work: office or remote
  • Laptop and/or phone provided; ergonomic home office equipment available
  • Opportunity to realize new ideas; support for skills development via trainings
  • DEI-focused culture; support for grassroots initiatives and charity events
  • Benefits including welcome pack, Motivizer vouchers, private healthcare, MultiSport card, and access to internal/external trainings and industry events
