• Focus: Coordinating violence-prevention and family-support programs and leading a team working with adults and families affected by violence

Description

You will coordinate the day-to-day running of two related programs, support methodological practice through reflection and intervision, and lead a small team. You will ensure safe operations, manage program administration and documentation, and represent the programs externally with institutions and partners. You may also provide direct client work as needed based on demand and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program and its team (daily operations, task allocation, team support, conditions for quality teamwork)
• Provide professional guidance (methodological support, intervision, ongoing reflection, support in complex client situations, development)
• Lead and support the team (motivating and evaluation meetings, professional development planning, training support, psychohygiene and capacity care)
• Connect the programs with other services and teams; communicate with organizational leadership; collaborate on PR and fundraising
• Represent the programs externally; cooperate with state institutions and partners; attend networking events, conferences, and professional activities
• Coordinate a smaller team within the family-focused violence support program
• Increase awareness and deliver education through lecturing to professional and general audiences
• Handle administration: statistics, materials for audits/controls, and document management oversight
• Ensure safe operation: compliance with rules for personal data protection and internal safety policies
• Provide direct client work as needed

Requirements

• University degree in social work, psychology, or social/special pedagogy
• At least 5 years of direct work with adult clients
• Experience in social services and knowledge of how social services operate
• Managerial skills, including experience coordinating projects and leading a small team
• Advantage: experience with families affected by violence
• Advantage: orientation in violence in close relationships
• Emotional maturity for working with people affected by violence and ability to handle demanding situations professionally
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Motivation for continuous learning, self-development, and further education
• Commitment to personal psychohygiene and respecting personal boundaries and capacity
