Description

You will design and optimize database structures for a CRM system and other internal applications, ensuring stable and well-configured data flows. The role includes data integration between different systems, SQL query optimization, and administration/monitoring of database instances and jobs. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and analysts while using AI tools routinely in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop database structures for the CRM system and other internal applications
• Integrate data from various systems, connect them, and optimize data transfers
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and project managers
• Manage and monitor database instances and scheduled jobs
• Contribute to the development of the data warehouse and reporting solution

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of SQL (MS SQL; MySQL is a plus)
• At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar role
• Experience with database administration, query optimization, and schema design
• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• Version control experience, ideally Git
• Basic knowledge of C# (advantage)
• Czech and English at least for everyday IT communication
• Careful, responsible approach and ability to work independently
