Description

You will deliver user-focused IT services centered on endpoint management using Microsoft Intune. Own the full lifecycle of the assigned IT services, ensuring quality and optimizing costs while working with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the IT service roadmap for the assigned scope
• Oversee and control service quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise service providers to ensure operational quality and compliance
• Ensure fast and effective resolution of high-priority incidents
• Maintain service compliance with company policies, standards, and ITSM processes
• Act as the final decision-making instance for all service-related aspects
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver business-aligned, service-oriented outcomes
• Ensure user experience is prioritized during service development and enhancements
• Understand service architecture and influence its design to achieve organizational goals
• Control service costs to support effective budget planning and delivery
• Align services with the company’s strategic objectives

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT service management experience with a focus on Microsoft Intune
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, including device configuration management
• Good knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
• Documented ability to manage the service lifecycle and improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills to gather and understand business requirements
• Solid understanding of service architecture and the implications for project design
• Polish language: fluent
• English language: advanced
• Hybrid work model with in-office presence in Kraków twice per week
