Description

In this role, you will manage key customer relationships while supporting digital marketing and the rollout of new and existing customer projects. You will prepare demos and simple marketing/communication processes for prospects, coordinate with development and support teams, and help evaluate marketing campaigns. You’ll also support customers’ marketing activities by using the company’s technology solutions and providing related consulting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support new projects by preparing demo tools and simple marketing or communication processes for potential customers
• Care for existing customers and projects by communicating with key customers, finding opportunities for further development, and coordinating work with the development and support teams
• Manage digital marketing by contributing to success stories, social media communication, and marketing campaign evaluation
• Support customer marketing by using the company’s technology solutions for customers’ marketing activities and providing relevant consultations

Requirements

• Excellent English at nearly native-speaker level
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain knowledge and ideas clearly
• Friendly, professional communication and comfort communicating with customers
• Strong organizational skills, ownership, and follow-through
• University or high-school education
• Spanish, French, or German is a major advantage
