Description

• Process customer requests at a high professional level.

• Communicate with clients by phone and email.

• Perform related administrative work: enter required information into internal systems, track completed/planned meetings, manage internal systems, and support contracting new clients.

• Coordinate internally across the company and advise on service pricing and functionality.

• Work with client-side IT specialists to ensure smooth information transfer between clients and the company’s development team.

• Resolve more technically demanding client requirements together with the IT department.

Requirements

• Cultivated written and verbal communication.

• Empathetic customer-first approach.

• Ability to follow up on customer requests to successful completion.

• English at a communicative level.

• Careful adherence to internal processes.

• Willingness to work shifts on working days (about 3x/month afternoon shifts until 20:00).

• Technical thinking and ability to quickly orient in IT topics.

• Interest in personal development and willingness to learn new things.

• Experience in SaaS support or technical support is an advantage.
