• Role: Senior L2/L3 IT Systems Administrator (on-site)

Description

Provide high-level internal IT support and manage complex incidents for managed hardware/software and infrastructure. You will administer Identity and cloud services (AD, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, Slack) and help implement security standards NIS2 and ISO2700x with ongoing documentation updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as L2/L3 point of contact for internal IT requests (Slack, Jira, in-person) and deliver top-tier technical support
• Diagnose and resolve issues across managed hardware/software—from everyday problems to complex infrastructure
• Escalate the most complex cases to L3 colleagues and collaborate closely on them
• Administer Identity and other IT cloud services: AD, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, Slack
• Implement NIS2 and ISO2700x, continuously updating documentation and setting new standards

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, server OS, virtualization, networks, AD/DNS administration)
• At least 5 years of proven L2 experience with overlap into L3
• Fluent Czech
• Communicative English
• On-site presence required; remote work not possible (home office may be agreed after onboarding, max 1x/week)
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-IT stakeholders; responsibility and attention to detail
• Driver’s license category B (occasional travel to the Vysočany office)
