Description

You will lead the daily administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system. Manage user access and security, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate updates and enhancements, while supporting users and maintaining accurate system documentation. You’ll collaborate with business teams and vendors to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support users with system questions, training, and problem resolution
• Coordinate system updates, testing, and enhancements
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with business teams to improve ERP processes and functionality

Requirements

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Understanding of ERP processes and system support
• Knowledge of user security, troubleshooting, and system configuration
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
