Description

Manage, configure, maintain, and develop enterprise information systems and connected applications, with emphasis on ERP ABRA Gen. Ensure smooth operations, resolve incidents, and support users with requests and effective use of business applications. Participate in testing new functionality, changes, and updates, and help optimize business processes through documentation and coordinated system modifications.

Role Responsibilities

• Administration, configuration, maintenance, and development of enterprise information systems (ERP ABRA Gen and related applications)
• Incident handling and ensuring reliable system operation
• User support, consulting, and resolving user requirements
• Collaboration on development and optimization of enterprise applications and processes
• Testing new features, system changes, and software updates
• Creating user documentation, methodological procedures, and conducting user training
• Specifying and coordinating system changes with external vendors
• Installing and servicing software components; possibly installing/servicing hardware components

Requirements

• Secondary or university degree in a technical/IT field, or equivalent IT experience
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently
• Ability to understand company processes and translate user requirements into system implementation/change requests
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate across the organization
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies and find effective solutions
• Basic relational database knowledge (Oracle) and ability to write SQL queries
• Solid MS Windows knowledge from a system administrator perspective
• Orientation in networking and network services
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with administering applications running on Linux platforms
• Advantage: knowledge of ERP ABRA Gen
