Description

Lead the daily administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system. Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance; troubleshoot issues; and support users with training and problem resolution. Coordinate system updates, testing, enhancements, maintain documentation with accurate data, and collaborate with business teams to improve ERP processes and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment

• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Support users with system questions, training, and problem resolution

• Coordinate system updates, testing, and enhancements

• Maintain system documentation and ensure data accuracy

• Collaborate with business teams to improve ERP processes and functionality

Requirements

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

• Understanding of ERP processes and system support

• Knowledge of user security, troubleshooting, and system configuration

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
