Description

Lead and scale AI Agent solutions built on Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. Define business use cases, collaborate with customers to turn needs into technical solutions, and support discovery workshops, AI project architecture, and presales activities including proof of concepts. Provide technical oversight to ensure delivery quality while growing team standards and capabilities in agentic AI.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Develop the AI Agents area using Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio
• Identify and define business use cases for agent-based AI solutions
• Run or support discovery/ideation workshops for AI adoption
• Prepare AI project concepts, architecture, and scope
• Participate in presales: proposals, presentations, and proof of concepts
• Collaborate with technical teams responsible for building and implementing agents
• Provide technical supervision and ensure solution quality
• Support teams in designing and implementing agents using Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio
• Develop standards, best practices, and an execution approach for agentic AI projects
• Build team knowledge and competencies in AI Agents

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering AI projects, especially agent-based solutions
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry and/or Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience defining AI use cases and taking them from concept to deployment
• Ability to understand both business and technical sides of a project
• Experience leading or supporting presales/sales for AI/GenAI/automation/Microsoft technology projects
• Ability to conduct customer discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience managing projects and teams or providing technical leadership
• Knowledge of LLM, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI
• Very good English proficiency
