Identify the highest-value opportunities for AI agents to improve how engineers design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and operate software. Develop a product strategy and roadmap for moving from AI-assisted development toward increasingly agent-native engineering workflows. Partner with engineering teams to create reusable agentic capabilities, platforms, and patterns that can scale across a large engineering organization. Establish success metrics that measure improvements in engineering productivity, quality, reliability, cycle time, and developer experience. Drive adoption of new agentic engineering practices and help teams evolve the way they build and operate software. Bring together related investments across teams into a cohesive strategy while enabling teams to innovate within their domains. Influence senior product and engineering leaders and drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
