Description

You will lead developers, business analysts, and solution architects responsible for key banking applications covering loan, business-partner, and risk management. Together you will ensure lifecycle management, architecture evolution, and process control—from business requirements analysis through delivery and production. You will drive standardization and harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models while embedding architecture principles, IT security, and compliance into the change pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers, business analysts, and solution architects
• Ensure lifecycle management, architecture development, and process governance for applications (from analysis of requirements to production)
• Coach and support team knowledge building and design decisions
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and shared end-to-end DevOps and architecture understanding
• Manage the change pipeline considering business requirements, architecture principles, IT security, and compliance
• Evaluate technology trends (e.g., S/4HANA, cloud, API integration) and derive action recommendations
• Partner with business analysts and business units to translate requirements into sound IT concepts and architectures
• Document, communicate, and implement architecture decisions
• Advance standardization/harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models; prioritize requirements and shape business analysis processes

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent
• Long-term professional experience in IT or banking environments, including several years of leadership with technical and disciplinary responsibility
• Experience leading IT projects, ideally focused on standardization, platform strategy, or architecture modernization
• Solid knowledge of SAP application architecture, integration, and customizing, including architecture methods (e.g., TOGAF, EAM) and analysis tools
• Strong business analysis capabilities: requirements management and process design
