• Role: AV Projection Project Manager (AV/IT and electrical project design & management)

Description

You will manage end-to-end AV/IT and electrical installation projects, including leading and developing a team of designers. Your work covers planning and controlling projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and output quality, and actively managing risks. You will also prepare project documentation for low-/high-voltage systems and occasionally visit sites to verify that the design matches reality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AV/IT designers
• Plan and manage projects end-to-end (contract checks, preparation of pricing proposals)
• Monitor deadlines, budgets, and quality of deliverables
• Identify and actively manage risks
• Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders
• Communicate project status, current challenges, and required measures to company leadership
• Create project documentation for AV/IT systems and electrical installations (low-voltage/strong-current)
• Conduct occasional site visits to validate designs against real conditions

Requirements

• Experience in design and in managing projects
• AutoCAD proficiency
• ČKAIT authorization for electrical engineering equipment
• Electrical education background
• Certification per Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll.
• English at a communicative level
• Excellent communication skills; able to build strong relationships with colleagues and partners
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license category B
