Description

Lead product ownership for digital services under a Managed Services framework for a major European Institution. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, service delivery teams, and technical experts to maximize product value while meeting contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities

• Translate business requirements into actionable product backlog items

• Prioritize features, enhancements, and defect resolutions by business value

• Facilitate workshops and product review meetings; manage expectations and customer satisfaction

• Support framework governance and ensure compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards

• Lead Agile product management activities (backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria) across one or more Scrum teams

• Participate in sprint ceremonies and drive continuous improvement

• Monitor service performance and adoption; manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in product ownership, business analysis, project management, or digital product delivery

• Proven Agile experience

• Experience with Managed Services or Framework Contracts

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• EU Member State citizenship
