Description

You will advise HR business teams on new requirements and develop suitable solutions in the SAP HCM landscape. You will analyze, design, and implement requirements via Customizing in selected HCM modules, support complex issues in 3rd-level support, and continuously evolve the system. You will also contribute to the global introduction of SuccessFactors / Employee Central from the HCM environment and help steer external SAP service providers, while providing input to further develop the HR-IT architecture (e.g., toward S/4HANA).

Responsibilities

• Consult HR departments on new requirements and define SAP HCM-based solutions

• Independently analyze, design, and implement requirements via Customizing in selected HCM modules

• Support complex topics in 3rd-level support and continuously develop the system

• Contribute to global rollout efforts for SuccessFactors / Employee Central from an HCM perspective

• Manage external SAP service providers and participate in international projects

• Provide ideas to further develop the HR-IT architecture (e.g., toward S/4HANA)

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent

• Several years of experience in SAP HCM with solid Customizing knowledge across multiple modules

• Hands-on experience working with HR specialists or business stakeholders

• Structured, independent way of working and a strong sense of responsibility in an in-house setup

• Very good German and good English proficiency in speaking and writing
