Description

You will participate in SAP projects to analyze requirements with business teams and develop and concept tailored solutions in the relevant SAP module. Depending on your focus, you will be responsible for Customizing, process adaptations, and/or SAP programming. You may also help develop the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA and actively advise and support areas on new and changed work processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and optimize business processes in the SAP environment

• Analyze requirements with specialist departments and develop/concept individual solutions in the relevant SAP module

• Own Customizing of settings, process adaptations, and/or SAP programming implementation depending on your focus

• Contribute to the rollout/development of the move from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA (if interested)

• Actively advise and support different areas with new work procedures and changed processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant practical experience

• Experience in SAP (support, adaptation, or development) and understanding of business contexts

• Technical affinity with enjoyment of turning customer needs into technical solutions

• Practical experience or interest in project management; confident appearance in steering, coordinating, and collaborating in projects

• Enjoyment of consulting internal customers, structured working style, and willingness to get up to speed on applications and programs

• Team spirit; working in a large team of SAP experts in the SAP R/3 domain
