Description

You will independently participate in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors and integration solutions. You will design, build, and support integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., payroll, time/attendance, external HR systems), including analysis of business and technical requirements. The role also covers testing, incident resolution, integration tuning, documentation, and hands-on data validation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Practical experience with ERP, HRIS, or other enterprise systems
• Experience with system-to-system integrations and basic understanding of how systems communicate
• Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) and data formats (XML, JSON)
• Strong orientation in data mapping and integration logic
• Ability to read, understand, and create technical documentation
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Basic SAP or SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage (not required)
