Description

You’ll help reduce manual work by analyzing workflows and using AI plus automation to execute tasks more intelligently. You’ll work with the team’s AI tools (including Piggy for bulk product content), then move into additional projects like customer support automation, expansion-web content generation, and database cleanup. As you grow, you’ll build small automations, AI agents, and internal applications—potentially contributing to related software development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze repetitive workflows and redesign them using AI and automation
• Tune and maximize output from internal AI tools for bulk product content
• Automate and optimize tasks across multiple projects (content, support, web expansion, database cleanup)
• Build small automations, AI agents, and internal applications
• Perform manual follow-ups when AI reaches its limits

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, with a habit of monitoring trends and testing new models/tools in practice
• Technical comfort with APIs, low-code platforms, and advanced prompting
• Independent, solution-oriented work style and fast learning mindset
• Willingness to do manual work when AI needs human correction
• Excellent Czech and good English
