Description

You will help design and develop solutions that use AI to automate parts of the software development lifecycle. The role emphasizes breaking down business requirements into technical components, building AI agents and tooling, and validating outputs with strong code review, quality, security, and architectural consistency. Development is primarily in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, supported by AI coding tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a business analyst to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions

• Decompose large initiatives into smaller pieces that work as both independent parts and a cohesive system

• Build and evolve AI agents, slash commands, and AI skills to increase automation over time

• Coordinate parallel development across multiple system parts and manage review pipelines

• Perform code review and ensure architectural consistency, quality, and security

• Validate every output (including AI-generated outputs) for correctness and readiness for production

• Develop with the current stack and help shape how AI-driven development evolves

Requirements

• Commercial fullstack experience across TypeScript/React/Next.js (frontend) and REST API + relational databases (backend)

• Experience designing APIs and working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with AI agent tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar), including how to prompt tasks and verify outputs

• Business understanding to convert requirements into workable technical solutions

• Ability to maintain consistent architecture when splitting large tasks

• Ability to handle parallel development without losing overview

• Strong critical thinking and validation for readability, tests, and security
