Description

AI Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions and business process automation. The role combines technical expertise with business process understanding to deliver measurable value while working with IT, business, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions supporting business processes

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI

• Integrate AI models with existing IT systems and business applications

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions

• Deploy and manage AI solutions in cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure)

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation and monitoring

• Ensure compliance with security requirements and regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)

• Optimize performance and costs of AI solutions

• Document and standardize technical processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience (software development, DevOps or related)

• Programming experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#)

• Practical knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD

• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (OpenShift / Kubernetes)

• Experience building and implementing AI/ML solutions or process automation

• Ability to work at the business–technology interface

• Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments

• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
