Description

You will develop an internal AI application with a strong emphasis on backend work, collaborating with product managers and the AI team. Your tasks include implementing requested features and tools, integrating internal systems via APIs, and evolving the solution with AI-driven development and CMS integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the internal AI application (primarily backend)

• Collaborate with product managers on AI-focused product work

• Implement features and tools proposed by the AI team

• Integrate internal systems and other services through APIs

• Participate in AI-centered agile development and app integration into a CMS

Requirements

• At least medior-level experience with Python

• Prior experience with a backend framework (ideally FastAPI)

• Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Experience integrating APIs

• Ability to design and implement from scratch to production deployment

• Basic DevOps knowledge (Git, Docker, webserver, CI/CD)

• Practical experience building administrative user interfaces

• Ability to effectively use AI tools in daily work

• Initiative and ability to contribute ideas for project direction

• Ability to learn new topics quickly

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues
