Description

You will support end users (Windows 11) and administer Linux servers (primarily Debian) while ensuring reliable operation of networks and internal information systems. Responsibilities include configuring MikroTik/UniFi network devices, monitoring IP camera systems (Hikvision, Dahua), implementing and managing backups, automating workflows with scripts, and performing regular system/application updates. The role also supports IPv6 rollout, Zabbix monitoring, continuous improvements, and maintaining related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support (Windows 11)

• Manage Linux servers (primarily Debian)

• Ensure smooth operation of networks (MikroTik) and information systems (Helios and internal systems)

• Configure and administer network devices (switches, MikroTik routers, UniFi access points)

• Monitor IP camera systems (Hikvision, Dahua)

• Implement and manage backup solutions

• Automate processes and write scripts to improve efficiency

• Perform regular updates of systems and applications

• Create and maintain documentation

• Improve and innovate IT operations

• Support IPv6 implementation

• Administer monitoring software (Zabbix)

Requirements

• Practical experience in administering Linux systems

• Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols

• Experience managing MikroTik and UniFi devices

• Ability to write automation scripts (Bash, Python)

• Knowledge of backup strategies and tools

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support

• Analytical thinking; ability to work independently and in a team

• English proficiency to resolve user issues by phone
