Description

Manage IT projects across the full lifecycle—from concept preparation and business analysis, through implementation and project closure. Create and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and provide ongoing progress reporting for management decision-making. Lead project teams, coordinate IT specialists and external vendors, ensure information flow with key stakeholders, and support deployment quality while maintaining strong project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end (concept, business analysis, implementation, closure)
• Build and maintain project schedule, budget, and resource plan
• Report progress regularly and provide management information for business decisions
• Manage the project team; coordinate tasks across IT specialists, external vendors, and business representatives
• Ensure proper information flow and communication with stakeholders and business partners
• Ensure quality of deliverables and project documentation
• Monitor and support the quality of implementations
• Co-create the organization’s project culture, standards, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management
• Knowledge of Relex tool/system
• Proved knowledge of project/portfolio management methodologies via postgraduate studies and/or certificates (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, Agile)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Confluence)
• Proactive and collaboration-oriented approach
• Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions
• English proficiency at least B2
• Higher education degree
• Logistics/supply chain experience is a plus
