Description

Drive and continuously improve VIM processes for procurement documents and approvals using OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP S/4HANA. Own business-process mapping to standard SAP VIM capabilities, configure workflow rules and user roles, and oversee integration of e-invoices from KSeF with verification and posting in SAP VIM. Lead OCR effectiveness optimization with OpenText IES, support complex issues (2nd/3rd line), and coordinate testing and change with Key Users.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize VIM document flow and approvals for purchasing documents

  • Collect and analyze business requirements and map them to SAP VIM standard solutions

  • Supervise KSeF e-invoice retrieval, validation, and posting/declaration process within SAP VIM

  • Configure business rules, approval paths, user roles, and document types

  • Resolve complex process/system issues (support level 2 and 3)

  • Supervise and optimize OCR performance using OpenText Information Extraction Service (IES)

  • Prepare test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and run trainings/workshops for Key Users

Requirements

  • Higher education (preferred: finance, accounting, management, or IT)

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP VIM (OpenText) as a SME/consultant/analyst

  • Practical expertise in configuring workflow processes, decision roles, and validation rules in SAP VIM

  • Practical knowledge of KSeF requirements for VIM processes in Poland

  • Knowledge of SAP RE-FX, SAP Group Reporting, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus

  • Ability to take end-to-end responsibility from business analysis and design to stabilization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; translate technical SAP details to business language and vice versa

  • Proactive stakeholder management; experience in CoE structures or large transformation programs

  • English communication skills for business and technical contexts (B2/C1)
