Description

Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions to support electronic invoicing in line with statutory requirements. You will handle country-specific DRC configuration and eDocument setup, collaborate with stakeholders to align financial processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting through precise system configuration. You will also support UAT and process documentation to meet project standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA DRC for electronic invoicing compliance with country-specific statutory requirements
• Maintain country-specific DRC configuration (Compliance Reporting Framework, Company Code assignments, Business Function activations)
• Set up and manage eDocument types, mappings, XML schemas, format mappings, and output determination
• Establish and maintain communication arrangements via SAP Cloud Integration with tax authority or government systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial processes with business needs
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Identify and propose process improvement opportunities
• Document system configurations and procedures comprehensively
• Support UAT and ensure minimal defects
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO configurations and financial system implementation
• Knowledge of Parallel Accounting with a ledgers-based approach, DRC functionality, and e-invoicing setup
• Experience in local reporting configuration and compliance with statutory requirements
• Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (SAP FICO) and financial processes
• Familiarity with XML schemas, mappings, and SAP Cloud Integration setups
• Ability to align with SAP Finance best practices
• Upper-intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
