Own the success of a product or suite of products through the full product lifecycle. Set enterprise standards for building usable, viable, and feasible products; drive continuous improvement, innovation, and a data-informed delivery approach.

What You Will Do

  • Drive product success across the product lifecycle and establish qualitative product direction within the domain.
  • Define long-term product plans, objectives, and key results (OKRs); align with business partners and obtain buy-in.
  • Create and deliver a quarterly product roadmap with high-level milestones; contribute inputs to guide measures of product success.
  • Use data from multiple sources to negotiate alignment and timing for cross-domain dependencies and deliver expected value.
  • Lead journey-mapping conversations across domains to provide clarity on product separation while maintaining holistic end-user workflows.
  • Monitor and act on macro and micro technology trends to sustain leadership at the brand level.
  • Drive innovation to accelerate roadmaps and improve reusability across products in the domain.
  • Experiment to validate user adoption before major investments.
  • Lead cross-functional execution and delivery of a product group autonomously for complex products.
  • Prioritize cross-functionally and communicate how user value is delivered against the roadmap.
  • Influence strategic direction for significant products/suites and engineering priorities across the product space.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop product-market fit strategies.
  • Define required objectives and analytics; partner with engineering to build tracking and monitoring.
  • Create functional and technical OKRs/metrics, establish routines to monitor product health, and track business impact.
  • Use trends and competitive insights to shape product plans and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in two or more of: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, product marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership in a large organization
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables

Benefits

  • Pay range: $111,600.00 - $212,000.00 annually (starting rate varies by factors including position, location, education, training, and experience)
