Description

Work with data to build, maintain, and optimize SQL reports for business users. Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, own reporting requests from discussion to delivery, and validate data outputs. Investigate application and system issues using log analysis and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize SQL reports for business users

• Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions

• Own reporting requests from initial discussion to final delivery

• Analyze and validate data outputs

• Investigate application and system issues

• Perform log analysis and root cause analysis

• Handle BAU tickets and service requests

• Work with internal IT teams and external service providers

• Maintain technical and operational documentation

• Act as the key contact for reporting and data-related requests

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills, including writing, optimizing, and debugging queries

• Experience with reporting and data analysis

• Application and system troubleshooting experience

• Experience with log analysis and root cause investigation

• Basic to intermediate system administration knowledge

• Understanding of servers, networking, authentication, and monitoring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering solutions

• Fluent English; basic Czech preferred (and preference for candidates based in Prague)
